The Capital Group's U.S. benefits program gives our associates the opportunity to customize their benefits from a variety of options. To best meet their needs, we offer benefits that help our associates grow personally and professionally and deal with the ever-present challenge of keeping their lives in balance.

Health and lifeBeginning on your first day of employment, our health care program offers you a choice of PPO/PPO Plus and HMO or EPO medical plan options, depending upon your location, as well as vision and dental plan options, designed to help meet your family's needs. Retirement and savings plansEach year the Capital Group contributes an amount equal to 15% of your total compensation (including salary, overtime and bonuses, up to federal limits) into a Master Retirement Plan account. There are also traditional 401(k) and Roth 401(k) programs.
Time away from workMore than three weeks of paid time off earned during your first year (increasing to four weeks after two years); paid holidays and paid pregnancy leave. Training and educationUp to $5,000 reimbursement per year for approved business-related educational programs (up to $10,000 for approved graduate programs) and extensive internal training.
Work/life balanceWellness program with a monetary award; commuting and parking subsidies; free resource and referral service.
